Altis Powersports electric motorcycles designated for off-road use are NOT street legal and are NOT intended for operation on public roads, streets, highways, sidewalks, or bicycle lanes.

These vehicles are designed exclusively for use on private property with permission and in designated off-road riding areas where permitted by law.

Operating an off-road-only electric motorcycle on public roads may violate federal, state, or local laws and may result in citations, fines, vehicle impoundment, or other legal consequences.

By purchasing or operating an Altis off-road-only motorcycle, the purchaser acknowledges and understands that:

• The vehicle is sold for off-road recreational use only.

• The vehicle is not certified or equipped for public-road use unless expressly stated otherwise.

• The purchaser and operator are responsible for understanding and complying with all applicable laws and regulations.

• Altis Powersports Inc. does not authorize or endorse unlawful operation of its off-road-only motorcycles on public roads.
